UNICEF has issued an Invitation to Bid to select a supplier for the provision of water supply materials and tools.
This tender will be conducted through the UNICEF e-submissions system.
Instructions for Bidders
Click the blue “Express Interest” button in the UNGM tender notice. The full UNICEF e-submission system instructions for bidders, including instructions on accessing tender documents and submitting an offer, will automatically be emailed to the contact persons listed in your UNGM registration.

In the tender management system, navigate to the Documents tab and confirm your intention to submit a bid. You will then see the mandatory document placeholders and any questionnaires that must be completed before submitting your offer.
Vendors are encouraged to confirm their intention to bid well before the submission deadline to identify all required documents and questionnaires.
To access the tender documentation through UNICEF's e-submissions system, vendors must:
Be registered with UNICEF on UNGM as a company or NGO.
Have completed all mandatory information required by UNGM during registration.
Ensure that all files submitted with your bid are valid and not corrupted or damaged. Exercise particular caution when submitting compressed files, as corrupted or damaged files may result in your bid being invalidated.
Regularly log in to the UNICEF e-submissions system to check for deadline extensions, new clarifications, correspondence, and updated tender documents.
