Invitation to Tender 13th October 2026 Dear Sir/Madam Subject: Tender document for Rehabilitation of two (2) Shallow wells and construction of four (4) animal water drinking troughs at Emilow and Halane Two Villages in Ceelbarde District, Bakool Region, Southwest State of Somalia TENDERNO: MARDO/241/2026/BAY-SOM Mandhere Relief and Development Organization (MARDO) is a local NonGovernmental Organization based in South Central Somalia providing life-saving interventions to address humanitarian needs. The main areas of operation include Food-Security, Agriculture/Livelihood, Health, Nutrition, Water/sanitation and Hygiene promotion and continue to focus on similar priority area such as Education Child protection and emergency projects in the area of the Southwest and Jubaland States of South Central of Somalia. MARDO in collaboration with Concern Worldwide is implementing the program, Advancing Adaptation through Resilient Mobility and Natural Capital (AARAN) under Grant reference number COPS BG260. The project aims to rehabilitate two (2) shallow wells and construction of four (4) animal water drinking troughs at Emilow and Halane Two Villages in Ceelbarde District of Bakool Region, Southwest State of Somalia. In that regard, MARDO invites bidders who are competent and able to offer the services within the stipulated timeframe.
Duly completed tender documents should be submitted on or before 23rd October, 2026 not later than 1600 hours at MARDO through email [email protected]. Late Bids will be automatically rejected. MARDO Organization reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids without incurring liability to the affected tenderers.
