This is to inform you that the World Health Organization (WHO) has published a Request for Proposals (RFP) for a Comprehensive Integrated Capacity-Building Strategy for Puntland State of Somalia, and we would like to invite your institution to participate.
If interested, you are kindly requested to register on United Nations Global Marketplace (UNGM). Once your account is active, please express your interest in the tender through UNGM, which will redirect you to WHO’s e-tendering system, where you can access and download the RFP documents.
Please complete and submit the Acknowledgement Form and Confidentiality Undertaking Form (Annexes 1 and 2 of the RFP) through the “Correspondence” tab in the e-tendering system.
Your proposal must be uploaded electronically through the “Tender Documents” tab within the deadline specified in the RFP. Submissions received outside the e-tendering system or after the deadline will not be considered.
