EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI) DATE: 21TH October 2026 TENDER NO.: WVI/SLD/025/FY27 DESCRIPTION: Expression of Interest (EOI)- SUPPLY, INSTALLATION/SET-UP AND PRACTICAL TRAINING FOR BEEKEEPING KITS World Vision International is implementing the European Union-funded EU Regreening Africa Phase II project in Oodweyne District, Somaliland. The project promotes sustainable land restoration, climate-resilient livelihoods and community-led regreening approaches. Beekeeping is an important nature-positive livelihood because it can diversify household income, strengthen incentives to conserve trees and flowering vegetation, and improve pollination services without placing additional pressure on fragile rangelands. To support participating beekeepers to adopt safe, productive and market-oriented apiculture practices, World Vision intends to engage a competent supplier/service provider to supply quality beehives and associated accessories, install and set up the supplied equipment where required, and provide practical capacity building for selected project-supported beekeepers. The assignment must integrate the supply of fit-for-purpose equipment with hands-on learning so that participants can correctly install, manage and maintain the supplied kits after handover inOodweyne. More Details to be provided in full RFP upon Expression of Interest. We hereby invite Expression of Interest from registered, approved and reputable suppliers to provide above-named goods to World Vision International Somaliland Program.
IMPORTANT NOTES TO BIDDERS
- Interested bidders must be registered to provide goods in Somaliland.
- Request for Proposal documents will be available Free of Charge to all interested bidders who express interest by filling the form provided in Expression of Interest (EOI) for Beekeeping – Fill in form by 4:00PM Wednesday 4 th November 2026.
- Instructions for submission of completed proposals shall be indicated on the Request for Proposal document.
- Nothing in this Expression of Interest shall be construed to give rise to contractual obligations with World Vision.
- World Vision, may at its absolute discretion, suspend or defer this EOI process.
- World Vision reserves the right to accept or reject any Bid and is not bound to give reasons for its decision”
