World Vision International (WVI-S) is a non-profit making, Relief and Development Agency. WVI-S entities in Somalia (Southwest and Hirshabelle States - Baidoa, Jowhar, Diinsor, Berdale and Hudur, Somalia) wish to jointly pre-qualify suppliers/contractors for Construction under the listed category.

World Vision International entities (Southwest and Hirshabelle States - Baidoa, Jowhar, Diinsor, Berdale and Hudur) in Somalia, jointly invites applicants (Vendors/suppliers/Contractors) from registered eligible companies for consideration as approved Suppliers/Service providers for the categories tabulated above. This Expression of interest is extended to all suppliers in Baidoa, Jowhar, Diinsor, Berdale and Hudur including those who are currently supplying or new to World Vision Somalia. **Guidelines:** 1. Registration is open to all interested and eligible applicants/suppliers/contractors/service providers in Baidoa, Jowhar, Diinsor, Berdale and Hudur Southwest and Hirshabelle States-Somalia. **More Details to be provided in full RFP upon Expression of Interest.** We hereby invite Expression of Interest from **registered, approved and reputable suppliers to provide above-named services to World Vision Somalia.**
IMPORTANT NOTES TO BIDDERS
- Interested bidders must be registered in Baidoa, Jowhar, Diinsor, Berdale and Hudur ONLY to provide Construction works in their respective district.
- Request for Proposal documents will be available Free of Charge to all interested bidders who express interest by filling the form provided in this link World Vision Somalia-Expression of Interest (EOI) – Fill out form by 5:00 PM Sunday 18th October 2026.
- Instructions for submission of completed proposals shall be indicated on the Request for Proposal document.
- Nothing in this Expression of Interest shall be construed to give rise to contractual obligations with World Vision.
- World Vision, may at its absolute discretion, suspend or defer this EOI process.
