RFQ For Rehabilitation and upgrading of existing water supply systems in Waaberi Health Facility, Buurhakaba Town
26/170/MOG-SOM Instructions for Suppliers Eligibility Criteria: supplier will be selected based on following criteria:
- Supplier to submit valid legal registration documents – South-west State.
- Supplier to submit valid tax compliance certificate – from South-west State.
- Bidder must demonstrate similar experience in construction works with various institutions or organizations (INGOs and UN agencies), by submitting fully signed and stamped copies of contracts or Purchase Orders (POs) of maximum three, not older than of 3-years, executed at Buur-hakaba, with clear description (title of the project, location, time).
- Financial Proposal Prices filled in the RFQ (BoQ), Signed and Stamped.
- Sign Oxfam supplier Code of Conduct - attached.
- Should submit clear break-down workplan. Financial Proposal:
- Fill out all lines in the RFQ (BoQ).
- System (Computer) generated quotations and quotations on company letter head also accepted. The document must be Stamped (firm) & signed on the RFQ page.
- Prices must be inclusive of all applicable taxes and other related costs
- Currency of pieces should be USD otherwise mention clearly

- Submit your RFQs (offer and required documents) latest on 04th November 2026 to Oxfam at the email address of [email protected]
- Oxfam reserves the right to reject the proposals if instructions not followed.
- Oxfam reserves the right to reject the proposals of falsified documents.
